This product consists of an actuator, a ball compartment, and a control unit. The actuator is composed of a reducer, belt, and ball grabbing roller, while the control unit is composed of Siemens PLC, touch screen, ABB frequency converter (optional), timer, etc. The automatic ball adding machine uses a ball gripper installed on the drum to randomly select balls, and then uses a photoelectric detector for non-contact detection, and is intelligently identified and controlled by a PLC. It can accurately and evenly add balls as needed and count the number of steel balls.
